Nearly there!
To quote the great Monty Python:
"I'm Not Dead!"
Indeed we are not.
Meghan and I have been working our butts off for the last few months and we are nearly done with it. Perhaps a few might have noticed the trickle down of posts of late. That isn't to say we have been doing nothing, but we have just been slacking and having a good time. Among some of the things going on have been some hijinks at work, some more fixing of the car (warrant of fitnesses can just kiss my back side...), some wine tasting with some friends, finally putting to rest that undying urge to see the Lord of the Rings after seeing the countryside for so long, and so forth. Perhaps we revisit some of these shortly as we get our camera back to the internet cafe for downloading. The photomontage should be forthcoming.
Having but a few weeks left to work and play with the people we have met has forced us to get our act together and have some even more fun... Even as we speak, we have two sea kayaks sitting in wait on our vehicle which awaits us out in the car park. Our amazing bosses, current and last, offered to lend theirs for our enjoyment. It really has been amazing the generosity of the people here and we will be sad to leave. But that is a while to come yet and there will be much to see before we go.
So, in parting, forgive us for the lack of posts and for this tease. We will be back soon.
